In 2001, Juan assumed responsibility for the company’s information technology platform. His accomplishments include the development and implementation of a paperless, proprietary and web-based application ("MedTrac“) During his tenure with the company, he has created and fully integrated a state of the art technology infrastructure in both Puerto Rico and a divested Florida-based affiliate of the company. Juan has been instrumental in developing and implementing technological and procedural components that have led to improved processes and made Clinical Medical Services a leader in the industry. Juan’s career began as a DME Homecare Technician.  There he acquired extensive knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment.  Juan later served as a technician trainer and became a leader in the company’s Customer Service Department. During his tenure in Customer Service, Juan worked closely with senior management to develop and streamline existing processes and policies which capitalized on his field-based experience. This experience was key to the development of the current-day infrastructure.
